Fee to give notice
The fee to give notice is £90 (£45 for each partner). This fee is not refundable. You'll have to pay additional charges, depending on the type and location of your service.
Marriage certificate fee
You can order extra copies of the marriage certificate (marriage extract) at the registration or after.

How to pay
After we've checked all your paperwork and completed your application we'll email you with a reference number and instructions on how to pay your fee. You can pay online or by cheque.
