Comments cannot be treated as confidential because they are published on our website. However, personal details such as telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will be removed.
You must add your comment in writing either within 21 days of the date of the neighbour notification or before the end of the newspaper advert period (where applicable). If comments are late or are only made on non-planning grounds, they will not be accepted.
You can also submit a petition. A petition is regarded as a single representation, regardless of how many names it contains.
Only the lead petitioner will receive any correspondence in relation to the application.
Energy infrastructure applications with references ending in S36 or S37 are consultations submitted to us by the Scottish Government Energy Consent Unit.
These applications are determined by the Scottish Ministers. The Energy Consents Unit (ECU) is responsible for administering any comments on behalf of the Scottish Ministers.
