Disabilities supported by your organisation

Go to step 12 if you represent an organisation that cares and provides transportation for disabled people that are over the age of 2 and any of the following apply to them:

• they are registered as blind (severely sight impaired)
• they get the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living Allowance or Child Disability Payment
• they get 8 or more points in the moving around component of (PIP) or Adult Disability Payment
• they get 12 or more points in the planning and following a journey component of PIP or Adult Disability Payment
• they get a War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement
• they get the mobility component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• they get a tariff within 1 to 8 (inclusive) of the Armed Forces and Reserved Forces (Compensation) Scheme and have been assessed as having a permanent and substantial disability which causes inability to walk or very considerable difficulty in walking

If none of the above apply go to step 11.
