Disability sport

How and where to take part in disability sport, including boccia, cricket, football, walkfit and swimming.

There are various sports and activities you can take part in if you have a physical, sensory or learning disability. This includes regional squads and teams who compete at various local, regional and national competitions.

How to take part in a disability sport session

To take part in one of our sessions, you can just turn up on the day. You do not need to book.

If there is a cost to take part, pay that amount on the day in cash.

If the session is at a council-run leisure centre, and you have a leisure membership, there is no extra cost to take part.

We work with Dumfries and Galloway Disability Sport, part of Scottish Disability Sport.
