Dock Park is in Dumfries, running alongside the River Nith. It is open every day and has:
- a cafe
- public toilets
- a children's playground
- a mini golf course (seasonal)
- a putting course (seasonal)
- trampolining (seasonal)
- bowling (seasonal)

Seasonal activities are only available from 25 March to 27 October 2024, 11am to 5pm.

Junior parkrun Dumfries
4 to 14 year olds can take part in a free timed 2k run every Sunday morning at 9.20am.

Remember to bring along your registration barcode to have your time recorded. You can still run without a barcode but you will not receive a time.
