Public ice skating
Public skating sessions last from 60 to 90 minutes. Sessions run every day and you can book up to 3 days in advance.
Snowtots
Snowtots skate sessions are for parents and toddlers under 5s. Sessions run every Friday from 11am to midday.
Skateability
Skateability sessions are for people with a physical, sensory or learning disability. Sessions are open to all ages and abilities so please come along and try skating in a relaxed non-pressurised environment.
Sessions run every Saturday from midday to 12.45pm.
Pecky’s North Pole Club
Pecky’s North Pole Club is for all of the family to enjoy. There is a dedicated under 5s area with interactive games and toys as well as a general skating area for the rest of the family. This session will run every Saturday, 10am to midday.

Ice hockey
If you are interested in learning to play ice hockey, we have sessions for both children and adults.
Learn to play ice hockey for adults
If you are interested in learning to play ice hockey, we offer learn to play sessions for adults 18 years old and over. Sessions are available Wednesdays, 10pm to 11pm.
Adult learn to play ice hockey sessions cost £7.60.

Learn to play ice hockey for children
We also offer ice hockey fundamentals and learn to play for under 18s.
Hockey skating fundamentals gets players into the kit and on to the ice for the first time. Our coaches will teach you the basic hockey skills needed to move you around the ice comfortably and safely. Learn to play will introduce stick and puck work, teaching you how to use the stick to handle the puck, pass and shoot.

Curling
Curling is a sport where players slide stones on a sheet of ice towards a target area, split into 4 circles. You are welcome to come along to a curling sessions for a fun beginner's lesson on curling. You don't need to have any experience.

Directions
If you are driving, we are clearly signposted from most main routes into the town. If you are taking the bus, number 10 or 12 has 2 stops on Glasgow Street nearby, followed a short walk to the facility.

We have our own car park which is free to customers and includes disabled parking.
