We will collect:

• furniture
• domestic-sized appliances
• garden waste, bagged in household-size bags

What we will not collect

There are certain types of waste that we cannot collect:

• hazardous waste, for example car batteries, oil, paint, tyres and fluorescent light bulb tubes
• concrete, slabs and other building or construction waste
• farm waste

These items must be collected by specialist, registered contractors. You can find them on the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) register of waste carriers and brokers.
